The last row is the cheapest mix of packs (4 x 20 + 34 x 250, 8,580 diamonds). Single rows use the best per-diamond rate, so they add up to a little less than the cheapest real purchase. Event classes are not counted.
Questions
Which diamond pack is cheapest per diamond?
20 diamonds for 99 Robux (4.95 Robux each); 250 diamonds for 900 Robux (3.6 Robux each). The biggest usable pack wins, so the cheapest mix is mostly that pack plus a few small ones for the remainder.
Do class sales lower the total?
Yes, a little per class. The wiki says 4 classes go on sale every 24 hours at 10%, 10%, 15%, 20% off, up to 20%. The total above uses full prices, since you cannot pick which classes are on sale.
Does the total include level 2 and level 3?
No. Each class also has level 2 and level 3 tasks, which you can skip for 250 and 400 Robux. Skipping both on all 39 classes would add 25,350 Robux.
Why is one shop pack missing from the math?
The wiki table also lists 9,999 diamonds for 2,500 Robux. That is 0.25 Robux per diamond, which looks like a typo, so it is left out. If it were real, the total would be far lower.
