How we get our numbers

Every fact on this site has a source and a date. This page explains how the numbers are produced, how they stay current, and where we stop short of claiming too much.

How numbers are produced

How freshness works

We refresh the data by running our sync scripts against the wikis, Roblox and the ECB. It is a script we run, not a live feed, so a page can trail the wiki until the next run. Each page shows "Data checked": the date our copy of those facts last changed. If a wiki is edited but the facts are the same, the date stays. Every change the sync finds is written to an automatic changelog on Updates and in the RSS feed. The newest entry right now: "Dandy's World: 1 new code" (Oct 15, 2026).

When an item gets its own page

An item page (a fruit, class, boss, toon, egg, mutation or brainrot) is built only when we can state at least three facts about it beyond the basics already in the table. Otherwise the item stays a row in the list, because a page with one number repeated says nothing new. Example: Grow a Garden lists 195 mutations, and 60 have their own page; the rest stay in the table.

What "not verified in game" means

It means the wiki says it and our math matches the wiki, but nobody on our side has tested it inside the game. We do not run bots, read game memory or decompile games, so only a person playing can confirm a formula. Example: the Steal a Brainrot calculator adds the mutation and trait multipliers the way the wiki's template does and reproduces the wiki's worked examples. Other sites multiply them instead, and which one the game really uses is not confirmed, so every Steal a Brainrot page that shows income carries a "not verified in game" badge. Treat those numbers as the wiki's numbers, not as the game's.

How codes go stale

Codes come from each game's wiki Codes page, which people edit by hand, so a code can expire in the game before anyone updates the wiki. We list active and expired codes as the wiki prints them, with the revision date and our check date. When the wiki page was last edited 60 or more days before our check, the page shows a warning that some codes may already be gone, and the index marks that row with *. Right now 1 of 12 games carry that mark. A game whose wiki has no Codes page gets no codes page from us, and an extra game is added only if its wiki was edited within the last 90 days.

Trade values

No page shows trade values today, and we give no "win or lose" verdict on a trade. Prices that appear are shop prices from the wiki, such as Beli or Robux costs. If trade values come later, they will be our own documented data (how many reports, how they were checked), never copied from other value sites.

What we never do
