Every level gives 3 stat points. At Level 700 you have earned 2,097 points. One stat holds up to 3,000 points (the level cap), so filling one stat takes 1,000 level-ups.

Level-ups alone cover it at Level 3,001. That is above the cap. The wiki says three stats can be maxed, so the game must give a few starting points that it does not state.

Points = 3 x (level - 1). The wiki gives the 3 points per level and the cap; the starting points, if any, are not listed.

Questions

How many stat points do you get per level in Blox Fruits?

3 stat points per level gained. They can go into Melee, Defense, Sword, Gun or Blox Fruit. At Level 700 that adds up to 2,097 points from level-ups.

What is the max level in Blox Fruits?

3,000 on the wiki now. 2,800 of it is open to everyone and the last 200 levels come from Island Secrets, which raise the cap by 5 each. A single stat can hold as many points as the current max level.

Can I max all five stats?

Not by levelling. The wiki says only 3 of the 5 can be maxed. Maxing one stat takes 1,000 level-ups and three take 3,000. Race Awakening (V4) sets every stat to max when you transform.

Does the game give starting stat points?

The wiki does not say. This calculator counts only the 3 points per level-up after Level 1. Three maxed stats need 9,000 points, one more level-up than the cap, so a few starting points probably exist. Treat the results as a close estimate.
