What does the Bloodrot mutation do to income?
It sets the mutation part of the multiplier to 2x. For the wiki's $65M/s example brainrot that is $130M/s alone, $455M/s with Fire (5x) and $780M/s with Fire and Nyan. Traits are added to the mutation, not multiplied with it. This follows the wiki's examples and is not verified in game.
How do I get the Bloodrot mutation?
The wiki says there is a mild chance that it applies to a brainrot during the Bloodmoon event. The wiki says it is unobtainable without Admin Abuse.
Which was the first limited mutation event?
Bloodrot. The wiki calls it the first mutation with a limited event, added in Update 2, and adds that Divine is arguably better because Divine brainrots can get the Halo trait.
